Special Requirements
Dress code: Out of respect for the religious character of the temple, access with the bare shoulders or swimsuit is not allowed.
Luggage and bulky objects: Entry with travel suitcases, large backpacks or any bundle with wheels is not allowed.
Minors: All children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult during the entire visit.
The gallery of the Grotesques (the viewpoint of the gardens of the Real Alcázar are not accessible in wheelchairs and neither can they climb baby carriages.
Restrictions
Mobility restrictions: Please note that, due to the architecture and antiquity of the historical monuments included in this route, some areas of the tour are not accessible to wheelchair users.
Restricted spaces: Among other areas, access to the crypt of the Church of San Luis de los Franceses is done exclusively by stairs, so unfortunately it is not passable for people with reduced mobility.

As it is an active temple and place of religious worship, the Basilica of the Macarena reserves the right to modify its opening hours without prior notice or with little time. In case of any alteration that affects the development of our tour, we are committed to notify the client as soon as possible to offer you the best alternative available.
Local Tours (Seville): Guests can cancel their reservation with the right to a refund of 100% up to 24 hours before the start of the activity. Cancellations made within 24 hours prior, as well as no-show, will not be refundable.
Intercity excursions (between cities): Due to the logistics costs and the prior contracting of transport, cancellations without penalty and with the right to reimbursement must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the start of the activity.
Clause about tickets to monuments:
Important note: In any of the above modalities, the amount corresponding to the entries of monuments that have already been issued in the name of the client will not be refundable under any circumstances, since the institutions managing the spaces (Cathedral, Alcázar, etc.) do not allow the return or exchange of tickets once purchased.
