They must arrive at least 5 minutes in advance. At the time of booking they must provide your full name and passport number or any type of identification document with photo, date of birth and full name. These documents will be required when accessing the monument and when purchasing tickets.

Special Requirements
Dress code: Out of respect for the religious character of the temple, access with the bare shoulders or swimsuit is not allowed.
Luggage and bulky objects: Entry with travel suitcases, large backpacks or any bundle with wheels is not allowed.
Minors: All children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult during the entire visit.
Restrictions
Reduced mobility and carts: Due to the historical structure of the monument and its original ramp system, the ascent to the Giralda tower is not accessible to people in wheelchairs and is not passable for baby strollers.
Health and safety
Inform us of any food allergies or intolerance and foods you cannot consume.

As it is an active temple and place of religious worship, the Cathedral of Seville reserves the right to modify its opening hours without prior notice or with little margin of time. In case of any alteration that affects the development of our tour, we are committed to notify the client as soon as possible to offer you the best alternative available.
Local Tours (Seville): Guests can cancel their reservation with the right to a refund of 100% up to 24 hours before the start of the activity. Cancellations made within 24 hours prior, as well as no-show, will not be refundable.
Intercity excursions (between cities): Due to the logistics costs and the prior contracting of transport, cancellations without penalty and with the right to reimbursement must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the start of the activity.
Clause about tickets to monuments:
Important note: In any of the above modalities, the amount corresponding to the entries of monuments that have already been issued in the name of the client will not be refundable under any circumstances, since the institutions managing the spaces (Cathedral, Alcázar, etc.) do not allow the return or exchange of tickets once purchased.
